Men Elevating Men Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization located in the Atlanta metro area.  As the Founder, I have over 30 years of experience working with youth in the fields of education and mental health, I am committed to helping teens reach their full potential.

Men Elevating Men is a youth mentoring program that was founded in September 2021. Our target population is males ages 12 to 16. We provide mentors to youth who are academically at-risk, youth from single-parent homes and youth involved in the Juvenile Justice system. We also provide mentors to youth who can use the support of a positive role model. This program is operating on the principles of Positive Youth Development, a body of research that suggests that youth benefit from close caring relationships from older peers or adults who serve as positive role models. PYD also stresses the importance of protective factors such as positive peer groups, strong sense of self, future aspirations, and engagement in school and community activities. Men Elevating Men emphasizes those factors as well as others with the goal of producing positive outcomes. Our program goals are to improve academic achievement, social skills, decision-making and reduce delinquency.
